Step 1: Find the Safari icon and tap on it to open the browser.
Step 2: Click on the Tabs button in the lower right corner of the screen.

Step 5: Click the button to the right of the background image to enable it.
Once it is enabled, you will see a set of photo icons under it.
Step 6: Tap on the wallpaper that you want to use as your Safari background.
